With the exclusion of the UN sales convention, exclusively Italian/European law applies in case of any dispute.

In addition a final cleaning fee: 40 euros.
Minimum stay during high and mid season: 1 week; during low season: 3 days.
Bedclothes, towels, dishtowels and bath towels are included.

How to make a reservation to stay at “Casa lavanda”
You inform us of your preferred dates. As soon as we have received confirmation in writing (or via email or fax) and a down-payment has been made of 30% of the fee, your reservation is confirmed and legally binding upon both parties.
